Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the branch's daily operations.
Drive admissions, revenue, and business growth.
Guide and mentor the counseling and sales team.
Ensure exceptional student counseling and customer service.
Monitor team performance and achieve monthly targets.
Build solid relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above.
Proven experience in study abroad counseling, education, or sales leadership.
Strong leadership,



communication, and team management skills.
Target driven with excellent business development abilities.
Ability to handle branch operations independently.
