We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecalling Executive to join our Travel and Tourism team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, understanding customer requirements, generating leads, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

The candidate should have positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve calling and performance targets. Freshers are welcome to apply, and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.




Follow up with interested customers and generate leads.
Maintain daily call records and customer information.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and performance targets.
Maintain skilled and positive communication with customers.

Eligibility:
Female candidates only.
Age: 18–35 years.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Bengali/Hindi communication preferred.
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Incentive: Up to ₹2,000 per month based on performance.
