Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Assistants. The role involves promoting and branding activities. You will be provided with a laptop and calling data to engage with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities: ● Contact registered users and explain services and offerings ● Convince and convert potential customers to opt for paid subscription packages (3 months, 6 months, etc.) ● Build strong engagement with prospects and highlight app advantages ● Promote awareness about company and its premium services ● Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during calls ● Achieve daily/weekly sales and conversion targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Telesales / Telemarketing / Renewals/Lead Generation

Strong communication, convincing, and influencing skills

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Willingness to work from office and adapt to versatile shifts
