Job Description ·
· Taking perfect onsite measurements.
· Generate fresh designs/concepts, BOQ along with final detailed drawings.
· Research Materials and follow industry changes.
· Creating daily snag list & monitoring the project, prioritizing, and scheduling time frames.
· Addressing & resolving project related issues, queries with the help of senior management, contractors, and team.
· Ensure quality should not compromise during the execution.
· Keep a track of material requirements and minimizing material, labour wastage on site.
· Monitor Safety Controls
· Smooth Site handover
· Ability to manage multiple Projects/Maintenance work.
Computer Literate: Auto cad / MS Office / Photoshop/ 3d max / V ray.
Location: Mumbai (willing to travel across India).
