Job ResponsibilitiesManage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplaces.
Create, manage, and optimize Amazon & Flipkart ads.
Monitor sales, ACOS/ROAS, and campaign performance.
Plan and manage inventory to avoid stock-outs and excess stock.
Coordinate inventory packing, shipping, and dispatch.
Handle marketplace returns and reconcile returned inventory.
Identify and raise reimbursement claims for lost, damaged, or missing inventory/orders.
Track claims and follow up until reimbursement is received.
Monitor marketplace account health and resolve operational issues.
Prepare basic reports for sales, inventory, ads, returns, and reimbursements.
Requirements1–3 years of experience in Amazon/Flipkart marketplace operations.
Good knowledge of Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and valuable at problem-solving.
Robust ownership and coordination skills.

Key Focus: Listing → Ads → Inventory → Shipping → Returns → Reimbursements.
