Job PurposeTo supervise and coordinate day-to-day factory operations, ensuring smooth production, optimum manpower utilization, product quality, food safety, hygiene, and timely completion of production targets while maintaining a secure and disciplined working workplace.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Operations
Supervise daily production activities according to the production plan.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the required time and quantity.
Monitor production processes, machinery, and workflow.
Minimize production downtime, wastage, rejection, and material losses.
Coordinate with the Factory Manager regarding production planning and operational issues.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of raw materials and finished goods.

Manpower Management
Allocate duties and workstations to production staff.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity, and discipline.
Train and guide workers on production procedures, hygiene, safety, and SOPs.
Ensure adequate manpower availability for each shift.
Maintain proper shift handover and communication.
