Junior STP Technician / Trainee

Location & Rotation

Base: Chennai Office & Field Sites

Travel: Chittoor District (Andhra Pradesh) and Kerala project sites

Rotation: 20 days outstation / 10 days at Chennai office.

What You Will Do

Run routine maintenance checks at Sewage Treatment Plant sites.

Collect and submit samples for lab analysis.

Coordinate daily operations with plant teams and report updates.

What We Are Looking For

Education: 10th/12th pass; ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc. preferred (freshers welcome).

Skills: Eagerness to learn, basic mechanical/electrical know-how, and readiness to travel.

Training & Compensation

Training: 30 to 60 days in Trivandrum with a monthly stipend and allowance.

On the Job: Fixed salary, daily outstation allowances, ESI advantages, and company-arranged travel and stay.

Growth & Career Path

Regular annual performance reviews and pay increments.

Explicit promotion path from Junior Technician up to Senior Technician based on your performance.

Immediate or quick joiners preferred.
