What You Will Do Every Day
Read customer orders and understand exactly what they need
Send order details to vendors and factory so work can start
Coordinate with vendors for embroidery, DTF printing, and logo work
Make sure logos are placed in the right position on every order
Follow up daily with vendors and factory to track progress
Update customers when their order is ready or if there is a delay
Keep straightforward records of orders and delivery dates
Catch problems early and inform the team

What We Need
1 to 2 years experience in coordination, customer support, or order management
Garment or printing background is a plus
Positive communication — with customers, vendors, and factory
Careful and organised — one small mistake can waste an entire order
Positive at following up on your own without being told
Can speak English and Kannada. Hindi is a plus
Comfortable with WhatsApp and Google Sheets
