Position: Human Resource Manager

Location: Saraswati Vihar, Pitampura Recent Delhi

Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Staffing: Hire showroom sales executives, service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
Employee Relations: Maintain discipline, resolve staff grievances, and build a positive work culture.
Performance Management: Set sales targets, service KPIs, and monitor staff performance.
Training and Development: Organize product knowledge sessions, soft skills training, and technical workshops.
Payroll and Incentives: Manage salary, attendance, overtime, and incentive structures.
Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, dealership SOPs, and manufacturer HR guidelines.
Workforce Planning:



Align manpower requirements with seasonal demand and service load.
Health and Safety: Implement workplace safety standards in showroom and workshop.
RequirementsMBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in automobile or retail industry.
Solid knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and labor compliance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage diverse teams across sales, service, and administration.
