Key Responsibilities

· Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, plumbers, and other potential customers.

· Generate enquiries and convert them into sales.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers and dealers.

· Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

· Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities and pricing.

· Collect market feedback and share information with the management.

· Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, accounts, and production teams for smooth order execution.

· Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and visit reports.

· Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
