Job Title: Stores Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stores Executive to manage the day-to-day store operations in our fully automatic machine manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, handling material receipts and issues, coordinating with production and purchase teams, and ensuring proper documentation of all store activities.

Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery challans.

Inspect received materials for quantity and visible quality.

Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requisitions.

Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP system or inventory registers.

Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.

Coordinate with the Purchase Department for material requirements and follow-up.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of all materials.

Conduct daily, monthly,



and annual stock verification and reconciliation.

Maintain records of inward, outward, returns and rejected materials.

Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, and other store documents.

Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch, and accounts for smooth material flow.

Assist during internal and external audits by providing required records and documents.

Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports for management.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Freshers with relevant knowledge may also be considered.

Required Skills

Knowledge of inventory and store management procedures.

Experience with ERP software and Microsoft Excel.

Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.

Solid organizational and time management abilities.

Basic understanding of manufacturing materials and machine components.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
