Site Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the site.
Coordinate and monitor workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
Monitor the quality of civil and finishing works.
Check material requirements, usage, and minimize material wastage.
Take and verify site measurements.
Monitor daily work progress and maintain accurate site records.
Prepare and submit daily site reports to management.
Report daily manpower attendance and workforce allocation.
Record daily completed work, ongoing activities, and pending work.
Report daily material consumption, stock requirements, and shortages.
Report site issues, delays, and required corrective actions.
Share daily site photos and progress updates with management.
Coordinate with engineers and management regarding site requirements.
Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the construction site.
Ensure work is completed within the planned schedule and quality standards.
