Job Title: Sales Executive – Interior Design & ProjectsJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful interior projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate recent leads through field visits, references, networking, and other sales channels.
Visit clients at their homes, offices, or project locations to understand their requirements.
Present the company’s interior design and execution services to prospective clients.
Coordinate with the design team to understand and communicate project requirements.
Follow up with leads, prepare proposals/quotations, and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain regular updates of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the sales and project handover process.




Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
RequirementsValid Driving Licence and own bike is compulsory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and presentable personality.
Solid negotiation and convincing skills.
Ability to handle client meetings independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Basic knowledge of interior design, construction, furniture, or related industry will be an advantage.
Previous experience in Interior / Real Estate / Construction / Furniture / Architecture / Building Materials sales will be preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
