Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for real estate projects.
Explain project details, property options, pricing, and offers to interested customers.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
Maintain and update customer information and call records.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Build positive relationships with prospective clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation goals.

Requirements
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
Fresher candidates with positive communication skills are welcome.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate will be an advantage.
