Key Responsibilities-
Lead & motivate the sales team




Generate and convert property sales leads
Handle CRM follow-ups, client meetings & site visits
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Track team performance & maintain CRM reports
Coach team members and manage channel partners

We’re Looking For-
1+ year experience in real estate sales
Team handling/leadership experience
Solid communication & negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Noida/Greater Noida market knowledge preferred
