Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with information about games and services.
Handle ticketing, billing, and POS transactions accurately.
Guide customers on safety rules and activity usage.
Resolve guest queries and escalate issues when required.
Promote offers, events, and birthday packages to customers.
Ensure smooth flow of guests across all activity zones.
Coordinate with floor staff and party coordinators for service delivery.
Collect and share customer feedback with management.
