Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant / Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel and Tally, along with the ability to prepare and maintain various reports and handle day-to-day sales coordination activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update sales and business-related data in MS Excel and other systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
Handle data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, follow-ups, and other back-office activities.
Maintain customer and sales-related records accurately.
Prepare invoices, quotations, statements, and other required documents as needed.
Use Tally for basic accounting and transaction-related activities.
Track sales orders, payments, and pending requirements.
Assist the management and sales team with reports, MIS,



and data analysis.
Ensure all records and reports are accurate and submitted on time.
Required Skills & QualificationsGood working knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of Tally is required.
Experience in preparing MIS, sales, and other business reports.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Previous experience in Back Office, Sales Coordination, MIS, or Sales Support will be an advantage.
Preferred CandidateCandidates who are comfortable with office-based work.
Candidates with good Excel skills and a strong understanding of reports and data management.
Freshers with relevant knowledge of Excel and Tally may also be considered.
