Handle day-to-day stores, inventory, and dispatch operations.
Receive, check, store, and issue materials as per requirements.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory.
Prepare materials for dispatch, including packing and documentation.
Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.
Maintain delivery challans, stock registers, and other store-related records.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with purchase, sales, accounts, and production teams for material movement.
Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the stores.
Requirements:
0–5 years of relevant experience in stores/warehouse/dispatch is preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
Valuable organizational and communication skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Experience in an industrial/manufacturing workplace will be preferred.
