We are a quick-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) looking for an energetic, reliable Cook / Kitchen Helper to join our kitchen team. If you have hands-on experience working in high-volume quick food joints, prepping fresh ingredients, managing orders quickly, and maintaining solid hygiene standards, we would love to have you onboard.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily food preparation (chopping vegetables, batch sauces, batter prep, and assembling ingredients).
Cook, fry, steam, and assemble menu items accurately according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
Manage online delivery (Swiggy / Zomato) and takeaway orders quickly to maintain low ticket times.
Ensure the kitchen, prep tables, deep fryers, and storage stations remain clean, organized, and sanitized.
Monitor inventory, report ingredient shortages,



and label/store items properly under standard food safety practices.
Assist team members during rush hours with basic station setups and closing routines.

Requirements & Skills
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of proven experience as a Cook or Kitchen Helper in a quick food joint, cloud kitchen, or QSR.
Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment (fryers, induction/gas burners, steamers, prep tables).
Ability to work cleanly and quickly under high-pressure rush hours.
Punctual, dependable, and a solid team player.
Basic understanding of hygiene standards, FIFO (First In, First Out), and kitchen safety.
