ASR Motiontech Pvt Ltd is a Kolkata-based wholesaler and trader of industrial bearings and other industrial products. Our office is at China Bazar, B.B.D. Bag. We supply to factories, plants and dealers across West Bengal.

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who can bring in recent customers and also handle our existing ones properly.

Your work:

Call factory purchase managers, plant staff and dealers to generate current enquiries

Handle enquiries coming from IndiaMART and other online platforms

Prepare and send quotations to customers

Follow up on quotations, orders and payments until closed

Keep regular contact with existing customers for repeat orders

Update customer records and follow-up details in Tally and Excel





Visit clients locally when required

Who we want:

1 to 4 years experience in telecalling, B2B sales or business development

Must speak Bengali and Hindi fluently

Must stay in Kolkata or Howrah

Comfortable making 50+ calls per day

Positive at follow-up and record keeping

Tally ERP knowledge preferred, not compulsory

Experience in industrial, engineering, hardware or auto parts line will be an added advantage. Full product training will be given.

Salary ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month plus incentives on performance.
