Position: Pan-Asian Chef

Experience: 5–15 Years

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic Chinese, Japanese, Southeast Asian, and Asian fusion dishes.
Handle noodles, sushi, dim sum, ramen, stir-fry, rice dishes, sauces, and other Pan-Asian preparations.
Develop and maintain recipes, portion sizes, presentation, and food quality standards.
Manage kitchen operations, food preparation, inventory, and wastage control.
Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Assist in menu planning and introduce current Asian dishes.
Coordinate with the restaurant management team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of Pan-Asian cuisine.
Expertise in Chinese, Japanese, and Southeast Asian cooking techniques.
Valuable knowledge of ingredients, sauces, spices, and kitchen equipment.
Excellent plating and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Leadership and team-management skills.
