SAP Basis Admin

Key Responsibilities

- Minimum 5 years of experience in direct hands-on network administration of Cisco IOS, Fortigate & Meraki platforms.
- Strong understanding of L2L site connectivity on all platforms.
- Strong understanding of large scale Fortinet, Cisco Catalyst & Meraki network deployments.
- Strong understanding of: Azure vWAN, BGP Routing, VSS, Datacenter Switching, routers, switches, and security devices; Fortigates.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DNS, SSL, RADIUS, ESP, PKI.

Skill Requirements

- Install, manage, monitor, tune & troubleshoot SAP systems and databases in accordance with defined SLAs.
- Manage & monitor operating systems on all SAP Systems.
- Provide SAP basis support to other SAP Teams.
- Work with IT Operations team members to design and implement controls for new technologies, systems & their supporting infrastructure to ensure systems are available and recoverable in accordance with our service level agreements.




- Availability to work selected weekends to perform off-hours maintenance to ensure our systems are available and secure.
- Availability to participate in a rotating on-call program for after-hours emergency support.
- Provide guidance to other SAP Basis/Auths Team members including external contractors.
