NRole Description This is a full-time, on-site UI/UX Designer role based in Mumbai. We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our product team and design intuitive, scalable, and consistent experiences across our suite of enterprise applications. NYou'll own the end-to-enddesign process—from understanding business requirements and user needs to creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you'll help shape the user experience across web, desktop, and mobile applications while establishing a unified design language and component library used throughout our products. Nn Design end-to-enduser experiences for enterprise web, desktop, mobile, TV applications. N Translate business requirements and technical constraints into intuitive, user-centred interfaces. N Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, information architecture, and interactive prototypes. N Develop high-fidelity UI designs and clickable prototypes using Figma. N Own and evolve the company's design system, component library, and visual language across all products. N Ensure consistency in user experience, branding, accessibility, and interaction patterns across multiple applications. N Design complex enterprise workflows, dashboards, administration portals, reporting interfaces, and data-heavy applications. N Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers throughout the product lifecycle. N Work alongside frontenddevelopers during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution and design fidelity. N Conduct usability reviews and continuously improve existing products based on user feedback and product requirements. N Help define UX standards, interaction guidelines, and best practices across the organization. NnQualificationsn N 4–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design. N Strong portfolio demonstrating complete end-to-end product design projects from concept through delivery. N Expert proficiency in Figma, including:
