Head – Corporate Finance, Fundraising & Investor RelationsLocation:HyderabadExperience:12–18+ YearsQualification:CA + CS mandatoryIndustry Preference:Real Estate / Infrastructure / Hospitality / Investment / NBFC / PE-backed businessesRole OverviewWe are looking for a senior finance professional to leadCorporate Finance, Fundraising, Investor Relations, Financial Strategy and Capital Managementfor a rapidly growing diversified business.The role will work closely with the Promoters, Board and senior leadership team and will be responsible for managing the organization's overall financial strategy, fundraising initiatives, investor relationships, capital structuring and strategic finance.The ideal candidate should have solid experience infundraising, investor management, debt/equity raising, financial modelling, M&A; and corporate finance, along with excellent relationships across banks, financial institutions, investors, PE/VC funds and strategic investors.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Finance & Financial StrategyLead corporate finance strategy aligned with the organization's growth plans.Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial modelling.Evaluate business expansion, acquisitions, investments and strategic opportunities.Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Promoters and Board.Monitor cash flows, working capital, liquidity and capital allocation.Fundraising & Capital RaisingLeadequity, debt, structured finance and strategic fundraisinginitiatives.Identify and develop relationships with PE funds, family offices, institutional investors, HNIs, banks and financial institutions.Prepare investment teasers, information memorandums, financial models and investor presentations.Lead investor discussions, negotiations,



due diligence and transaction closure.Structure appropriate debt/equity instruments based on business requirements.Manage refinancing and capital optimization initiatives.Investor RelationsAct as the key point of contact for investors, lenders and financial institutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.Present business performance, financial metrics, growth plans and investment opportunities.Coordinate investor updates, MIS, financial reports and management presentations.Manage investor queries and support the Promoters in strategic investor discussions.M&A; / Strategic TransactionsEvaluate acquisition, takeover, joint venture and strategic investment opportunities.Lead financial due diligence and transaction evaluation.Work with legal, tax, consulting and investment banking advisors.Support negotiations, valuation, deal structuring and transaction closure.Governance & ComplianceEnsure strong financial controls, governance and reporting systems.Work closely with statutory auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel and external consultants.Oversee compliance related to Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA and other applicable regulations.Coordinate with the Company Secretary and other stakeholders on corporate governance matters.Candidate ProfileCA + CS mandatory.12–18+ years of overall experience in senior finance/corporate finance roles.Proven track record infundraising and investor relations .Strong experience in raisingequity, debt, structured finance or institutional capital .Experience dealing withPE/VC funds, family offices, institutional investors, banks and financial institutions .Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction structuring skills.Experience in M&A;, acquisitions, fundraising or strategic investments preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Strong commercial understanding and ability to work directly with Promoters / Board.Candidates fromReal Estate, Infrastructure, Hospitality, NBFC, Investment Banking, PE-backed or diversified business groupswill be preferred.Apply Now:Email: [email protected] CV: +91 (phone hidden)
