Job Description Purpose of the Job: As a Training Associate you shall be responsible for assessing and educating new and current employees and our opticians and customers across the given region. The training associate is responsible for organizing & conducting seminars, class room training session and programs for the customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationship with customer and forging solid confidence
- Training of Internal Sales teams / Customer care / Fitter training.
- Training opticians through conferences / seminar
- Hospital retail training of Doctors & Optometrist
- Trouble Shooting of Nonadaptation cases
- Getting premium Zeiss products dispensed easily Experience & Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s in optometry with Min 1-3 years relevant exp in products training in ophthalmic segment
- Excellent communication skills.
- Person should be willing to travel extensively.
