Job Description Position Title: Insurance Process Expert Location: Kolkata Good communication skills Strong knowledge of insurance concepts and processes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Attention to detail and accuracy Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment Robust organizational and time management skills Experience in policy processing, submissions, or underwriting support (preferred) Ability to work effectively in a team environment Quick learner with adaptability to process changes Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other MS Office applications Customer service and stakeholder management skills Qualification: Qualification: BCOM/BBA/BSC/BA. Experience: 2-4 years Solid understanding of Insurance Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts
