Quality Analyst Intern

Location: Mohali, Punjab
Duration: 6 Months
Internship Type: Unpaid Internship
Employment: Full-time employment opportunity after successful completion of internship, based on performance and company requirements.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform manual testing of web applications and CRM-based solutions.

- Understand project requirements and prepare basic test scenarios and test cases.

- Identify, document, and track bugs/issues and coordinate with the development team.

- Perform functional, regression, UI, and usability testing.

- Verify that developed features meet the required specifications.

- Retest resolved issues and maintain proper testing records.

- Assist the QA team in ensuring product quality, reliability, and performance.

- Participate in project discussions and provide testing-related feedback.

Requirements Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Software Testing & QA concepts.

- Knowledge of Manual Testing and SDLC/STLC.

- Ability to create test cases and test scenarios.





- Basic knowledge of Bug/Defect Reporting.

- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good attention to detail.

- Basic understanding of Web Applications and APIs is an advantage.

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Zoho, Postman, or similar testing tools is a plus.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to learn new technologies and testing methodologies.
