Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, visits, references, and online channels.- Contact potential and existing customers to understand their requirements.- Present and explain products/services to customers.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports when required.- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer service.- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings,



and sales activities.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.- Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.- 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development; freshers can also apply.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.- Target-oriented and self-motivated.- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives, depending on experience and skills.

Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role. Proficiency in English. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Fast learning speed and a passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. A high school degree
