Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, chats, and inquiries professionally.- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.- Resolve complaints and issues within the required timeline.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.- Explain products, services, policies,



and procedures to customers.- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.- Meet customer service quality and performance targets.
Required Skills

Qualifications
