Job Title: Production Manager- Aluminum/UPVC Windows & Doors

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to head manufacturing operations for our Aluminium and uPVC Windows & Doors division. You will oversee end-to-end plant operations—from raw material planning to final fabrication, assembly, and dispatch—while optimizing throughput, machine uptime, quality standards, and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct end-to-end shop-floor operations for aluminium and uPVC window and door systems.

- Formulate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules; allocate line manpower and machine loads to meet delivery deadlines.

- Supervise fabrication stages including profile cutting, corner welding, corner cleaning, hardware assembly, glazing/glass fixing, and accessory integration.

- Oversee operation and maintenance of CNC cutting centers, welding units, copy routers, and end-milling machines; minimize downtime and manage machine efficiency (OEE).

- Enforce quality control protocols across raw materials, in-process stages, and finished goods. Drive scrap reduction and yield optimization initiatives.

- Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, and Site/Installation teams to align production targets with project timelines and installation schedules.

- Manage raw material consumption, hardware, and accessories; ensure stock accuracy and prevent production stockouts.

- Investigate customer complaints,



conduct root-cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Enforce workplace safety protocols, maintain housekeeping standards (5S), and prepare operational MIS reports (daily production, waste tracking, machine logs).

Salary: 700 OMR/1.75 Lakhs INR Per Month
Requirements

- Diploma or B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

- Minimum 8+ years in manufacturing, with hands-on leadership in aluminium and uPVC windows and doors fabrication.

- Proven track record of managing a plant, factory floor, or production department with a sizable operator/technician workforce.

- Robust understanding of architectural aluminium systems, uPVC profiles, glass specifications, fabrication hardware, and CNC/automated machinery.

- Basic proficiency in English (verbal and written) along with fluency in local shop-floor languages for workforce coordination.

Requirements
