The Opportunity:

Contract: Permanent Part Time

Pay: $57.85 per hour + applicable penalties + superannuation + NFP salary packaging

Location: Gunnedah, New South Wales

Shifts: Mornings | Afternoons | Overnights | Available across 7 days

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to care teams
• Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders and Care Service Employees




• Support best practice in line with aged care legislation and quality standards
• Promote clinical excellence and contribute to continuous improvement
• Support high-quality care planning, documentation and clinical governance
• Foster a respectful, resident-focused and collaborative team setting
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues
• Support safe and responsive clinical decision-making across the home

About You

You are a compassionate and capable Registered Nurse with strong clinical judgement, professionalism and a collaborative approach to care.

You’ll bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• At least 12 months’ experience in residential aged care
• Sound understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
• Strong clinical judgement and contemporary nursing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including mornings, afternoons and overnights
• Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle

Applicants must:

• Be currently residing in Australia and hold full Australian working rights
• Be willing to undertake all required pre-employment screening, including a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, as required
