Job Description

- Analyze data from Zoho and other business systems to derive actionable insights for decision-making.

- Develop and maintain Zoho Dashboards to track business metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.

- Use Zoho Analytics to gather, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

- Generate business insights and recommendations based on data trends, patterns, and analysis.

- Prepare and process data for further analysis using data prep techniques and tools.

- Create detailed reports and presentations that communicate key findings to stakeholders.

- Design and implement data models to support business intelligence initiatives and reporting needs.

- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data reports.

- Utilize Zoho IoT for data integration and analysis from connected devices, sensors, and machines.

- Monitor the performance of dashboards and data models, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with business goals.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Zoho Analytics and dashboard-related issues.

- Solid proficiency in Zoho Analytics, with the ability to create and manage reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

- Experience with data preparation techniques to clean, format, and organize raw data for analysis.

- Hands-on experience with Zoho IoT, including data integration and analysis from connected devices.

- Solid understanding of business intelligence and data analytics principles.

- Strong ability to generate meaningful business insights from complex datasets.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.

- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
