Role Description The ELV BMS Engineer role at Neet Deep Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The ELV BMS Engineer will design, configure, and implement Building Management Systems (BMS) and related ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems for smart building projects, ensuring efficient integration with existing infrastructure. Daily responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, preparing system layouts, coordinating with project managers and site teams, and overseeing installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BMS and building services.



The role involves close collaboration with facility management teams to optimize building operations, monitor system performance, and implement improvements for safety, comfort, and energy efficiency. The ELV BMS Engineer is expected to maintain documentation, adhere to industry standards, and support ongoing maintenance and upgrades.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of Building Management and Building Management Systems, including design, configuration, and integration.
- Experience working with Management Systems and Building Services in commercial, industrial, or smart building environments.
- Exposure to Facility Management (FM) operations, with the ability to align BMS solutions to facility performance and efficiency goals.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications for ELV and BMS systems.
- Hands-on experience with installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ELV/BMS hardware and software.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices for building automation and control systems.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
