FIND India is seeking an experienced and well-networked Consultant – Resource Mobilization (CSR, Foundations & HNIs) to support the identification, cultivation, and conversion of fundraising opportunities from corporates, corporate foundations, private foundations, philanthropic institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.

The Consultant will work closely with FIND India’s leadership, technical, programme, finance, communications, and global resource mobilization teams to strengthen the organization’s funding pipeline and develop sustainable partnerships aligned with FIND’s strategic priorities.

Donor Mapping and Opportunity Identification

- Conduct structured mapping of prospective CSR donors, corporate foundations, private foundations, philanthropic institutions, and HNIs.
- Identify potential donors whose priorities align with FIND India’s public health programmes and strategic areas.
- Research donor interests, eligibility requirements, funding cycles, decision-making structures, and engagement channels.
- Develop and regularly update a prioritized donor prospect list and opportunity pipeline.
- Identify relevant funding calls, grant opportunities, partnership platforms, and networking events.
- Translate agreed fundraising priorities into a practical action plan with timelines, responsibilities, and measurable targets.
- Advise FIND India on emerging fundraising trends, donor expectations, and potential areas of opportunity.
- Contribute to diversifying FIND India’s funding base and reducing dependence on a limited number of funding sources.

Donor Outreach and Relationship Development

- Facilitate introductions and initiate engagement with prospective donors and partners.
- Develop customized outreach plans and engagement strategies for priority prospects.
- Arrange and support donor meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with corporations, foundations, philanthropic networks, HNIs, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support the stewardship and retention of existing donors through regular engagement and appropriate follow-up.
- Represent FIND India in relevant donor forums, conferences,



networking platforms, and partnership discussions, when requested.

Proposal and Partnership Development

- Work with technical and programme teams to convert project concepts into compelling funding propositions.
- Coordinate the end-to-end development of concept notes, expressions of interest, proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and donor briefs.
- Adapt proposals and communication materials according to donor interests and requirements.
- Ensure that proposals clearly communicate FIND’s value proposition, expected public health impact, implementation approach, and sustainability.
- Coordinate inputs from internal teams and support timely submission of high-quality proposals.
- Support negotiations and documentation related to potential funding partnerships, in consultation with FIND’s authorized representatives.

Fundraising Communication Materials

- Develop customized presentations, donor briefs, capability statements, cases for support, and other fundraising materials.
- Work with FIND’s communications team to develop compelling impact narratives and donor-facing content.
- Support the development of tailored communication materials for CSR entities, foundations, philanthropic institutions, and HNIs.
- Ensure consistency of donor communication with FIND’s organizational positioning, values, and brand requirements.

Pipeline Management and Reporting

- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of donor prospects, engagement status, proposals, expected funding value, and next actions.
- Record donor interactions, follow-up requirements, and progress against agreed targets.
- Provide periodic written updates on donor engagement, proposals submitted, opportunities under development, and anticipated outcomes.
- Highlight risks, constraints, and recommended corrective actions.
- Participate in periodic review meetings with FIND India’s designated focal person and relevant internal teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Postgraduate degree in business administration, marketing, communications, development studies, public health, social sciences, or another relevant discipline.
- At least seven years of relevant professional experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, strategic partnerships, CSR, philanthropy, donor relations, or business development.
- Demonstrated experience in mobilizing resources from corporations, CSR foundations,



private foundations, philanthropic institutions, or HNIs.
- Strong understanding of India’s CSR and philanthropic funding landscape.
- Established professional networks within the corporate, foundation, CSR, or philanthropy ecosystem.
- Proven experience in donor research, prospect identification, donor engagement, and relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop persuasive concept notes, proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and donor communication materials.
- Experience in public health, healthcare, diagnostics, development, or the nonprofit sector will be an advantage.
- Experience working with international organizations or multi-country teams will be desirable.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver within agreed timelines.
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

Duration of the Consultancy

The consultancy will be for an initial period upto March 2027 , with the possibility of extension based on organizational requirements, satisfactory performance, and availability of funding.

Location and Working Arrangement

The consultancy will be based in New Delhi/Remote/Hybrid. The Consultant may be required to attend meetings at FIND India’s office and travel within India for donor meetings, networking events, or other assignment-related activities, as required.

Consultancy Fee and Payment Terms

The consultancy fee will be commensurate with the Consultant’s experience and the agreed scope of work.
