Role Description As an Interior Designer at Nivexa Spaces, you will work on-site in Bengaluru in a full-time capacity, taking projects from initial concept through final installation. You will meet with clients to understand requirements, prepare mood boards and design concepts, and develop detailed space plans and layouts. Daily tasks include creating and revising drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and selecting finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment in line with project budgets and timelines. You will oversee site measurements, monitor ongoing work for design compliance,



and participate in regular site visits and reviews. The role requires clear documentation, timely communication with stakeholders, and adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate client needs into functional, cohesive layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to read, create, and coordinate technical plans with project teams.
- Experience managing FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), including specification, sourcing, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
- Comfort with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, or similar) and basic proficiency with presentation tools (e.g., Power Point, Photoshop).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects in Bengaluru is an advantage.
