As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding project requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining applications to enhance performance and usability. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving business demands and a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that support operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Experience in developing and deploying web applications using Adobe Experience Manager.
- Strong understanding of content management systems and digital experience platforms.
- Ability to customize and extend AEM components and templates to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in the context of AEM development.
- Experience with integrating AEM with other enterprise systems and services.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
