Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled OT Security Consultant with over 6 years of experience in securing industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of operational technologies and cybersecurity best practices, especially within critical infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform OT/ICS security assessments, risk analysis, and maturity assessments across industries such as oil & gas, utilities, and manufacturing.
- Design and implement security controls tailored to OT environments in compliance with global frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Coordinate with plant operations, control systems engineers, and IT security teams to ensure holistic security coverage.
- Configure, monitor, and manage OT-specific security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
- Develop and document OT network architecture, security policies, and procedures.
- Conduct threat modeling and vulnerability assessments for OT networks and devices.




- Lead OT cybersecurity audits and incident response planning exercises.
- Provide training and awareness programs for operations teams on OT security practices.
- Stay current on emerging OT threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in OT/ICS security, with hands-on experience in securing SCADA, PLC, DCS, or other control systems.
- Strong understanding of OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, etc.) and industrial communication networks.
- Experience with security tools such as Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.
- Knowledge of network segmentation and zoning in OT environments.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, ISO/IEC 27001.
- Ability to design and implement secure OT network architecture.
- Good understanding of the convergence of IT and OT systems.
- Relevant certifications are a plus: GICSP, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM.
- Robust communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Details:

- Willingness to Travel: Must be open to short/long-term travel assignments in the Middle East as required.
- Joining: Immediate or early joiners will be given preference.
