We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Director – Business Development to lead client acquisition, manage delivery coordination, and drive revenue growth in the recruitment business. This is a high-impact role focused on building long-term client relationships and expanding business pipelines in staffing and executive search services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end business development and client acquisition for recruitment services across sectors.
- Identify, target, and engage potential clients through strategic outreach and relationship management.
- Understand client hiring needs, propose relevant solutions, and close business deals.
- Collaborate closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth execution of mandates.
- Monitor and manage revenue generation targets, client satisfaction, and account growth.
- Lead proposals, negotiations, and pricing discussions with prospective clients.
- Continuously scan the market for opportunities, trends,



and competitor insights.
- Maintain CRM records, pipeline trackers, and regular reporting on business performance.

- Proven experience in business development within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Solid network and understanding of hiring practices across industries and verticals.
- Hands-on experience in client acquisition, key account management, and delivery coordination.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Exposure to executive search and senior-level hiring is a plus.
