Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Experience in managing and maintaining virtual desktop infrastructure environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to application delivery and remote access technologies.
- Knowledge of system performance monitoring and optimization techniques.
- Ability to configure and support Citrix components including delivery controllers, storefront, and virtual delivery agents.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
