Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system performance and address any operational concerns.
- Document findings and resolutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting efforts.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in COBOL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting legacy systems and applications.
- Ability to work with system logs and monitoring tools to identify root causes of incidents.
- Valuable communication skills to interact with technical teams and stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and incident management practices.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in COBOL.
- This position is based at our NGDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
