Role Description This is a Part-time remote role for a Fitness Coach at Aamya Health. The Fitness Coach will design and deliver personalized and group fitness sessions, monitor participant progress, and adjust training plans based on individual needs and medical guidance.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual assessments, leading live or recorded workouts, providing education on exercise and basic nutrition principles, and supporting members in maintaining adherence to their programs.



The Fitness Coach will collaborate with other health professionals to ensure programs are safe, effective, and aligned with outcome goals, while maintaining accurate documentation and timely communication with members.
Qualifications
Ability to provide clear, inclusive Fitness Instruction
Strong skills in one-on-one Fitness Training
Foundational knowledge of Nutrition and its role in supporting exercise and lifestyle change
Relevant certification in fitness, personal training, or group exercise from a recognized body
Experience delivering virtual or remote coaching sessions and using digital health or fitness platforms
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support diverse individuals
Solid organizational skills, including program tracking, progress monitoring, and documentation

Commitment to evidence-informed practice, ethical standards, and inclusive, non-judgmental coaching
