education company . We are now building a separate
B2B business . Trydo helps businesses build and operate their marketing function by connecting them with the right marketing talent and backing that talent with the systems, training, processes and support required to perform. We are now building the B2B side of Trydo aggressively and are looking for someone who can take ownership of
client acquisition and sales .
What You'll Be Doing You will be responsible for turning qualified B2B leads into paying clients.
Your responsibilities:
Handle inbound B2B leads generated through Meta and other acquisition channels Understand the prospect's business, marketing requirements and challenges Qualify prospects based on Trydo's ICP and qualification framework Conduct discovery and sales calls Present Trydo's B2B marketing talent model Explain how Trydo helps businesses find and build marketing capability Handle objections around pricing, agencies, freelancers, talent and expectations Follow up with prospects and move them through the sales process Close new B2B clients Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline records Track and report weekly/monthly sales performance Work closely with the founder and operations/recruitment team for smooth client handover Continuously improve the sales process based on real prospect conversations
Monthly Targets You will have clear, measurable targets around:



Qualified leads handled Discovery calls completed Sales opportunities created Conversion / close rate New B2B clients acquired Monthly revenue generated Follow-up performance Sales pipeline maintained The goal is not simply to generate calls. The goal is to acquire the right B2B clients who are a strong fit for Trydo.
Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has experience in sales / business development Is comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers Can conduct consultative sales conversations rather than simply read a script Understands qualification and objection handling Is comfortable selling a relatively new B2B category Takes ownership of targets Can work independently Is highly coachable and willing to continuously improve Understands that
closing the wrong client is not a successful sale
