Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Sales Attendant based in Mumbai. Hybrid job . The Sales Attendant will engage directly with potential and existing clients to promote YBF's services. Daily responsibilities include managing customer interactions, providing information about membership benefits, facilitating sign-ups, and addressing inquiries.



The role also involves ensuring a great customer experience by maintaining an organized and welcoming environment while working closely with the sales and events teams to support networking and mentorship initiatives.

Qualifications

- Customer Service, Relationship Building, and Interpersonal Communication skills
- Sales and Marketing experience with the ability to explain membership and service benefits
- Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution abilities to professionally address customer concerns
- Experience with Networking and Community Engagement is an advantage
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
