SkillsLearn is seeking a motivated Field Recruiter to support its hiring and talent outreach activities in Mumbai. This full-time opportunity is suited to freshers as well as candidates with up to one year of experience in field-based recruitment, sales, business development, or other people-facing roles. The position offers practical exposure to candidate engagement, sourcing, recruitment coordination, and local talent outreach.

Responsibilities

- Source and identify potential candidates through field visits, local outreach, references, networking, and other suitable channels.
- Explain available opportunities clearly, assess basic candidate suitability, and maintain a positive applicant experience.
- Coordinate interview schedules, follow up with candidates, and keep recruitment records updated.
- Work toward assigned hiring targets while maintaining accurate daily activity reports.




- Build relationships with candidates and community contacts to strengthen the local talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with the internal team to share market feedback and support timely joining of selected candidates.

Requirements

- Freshers or candidates with 1 year of experience in field jobs, recruitment, sales, business development, or a related people-facing role may apply.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking to candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Willingness to travel locally within Mumbai for sourcing and recruitment activities.
- Good follow-up, organization, and record-keeping skills.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach and the ability to work independently in the field.

Compensation: ₹20,000 per month, plus conveyance and incentives. This is a full-time, in-office field role based in Mumbai.
