Hiring: ServiceNow Consultant / Senior ConsultantLocation: Bangalore (Hybrid)Experience: 4–8 YearsShift: General ShiftRole: B2 – Senior Consultant / B3 – Lead ConsultantPosition SummaryWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, integrations, CMDB, Service Portal, and platform customization, along with experience in leading technical implementations and mentoring junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer workflows, Catalog Items, and Record Producers.Build custom applications using App Engine.Develop and enhance Service Portal and Employee Center components.Design and implement REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Custom Spokes, and Webhook integrations.Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.Support CMDB implementation, governance, CSDM standards, Discovery, and Service Mapping.Lead data migration, transformation, testing (ATF), SIT, UAT, and production deployments.Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize ServiceNow instances.Conduct technical workshops, effort estimations,
