Location: Pedder Road, Mumbai | Type: Full-timePay: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month, can negotiate based on past experience Date of Joining: ImmediateCompany: Karan Gupta Consulting (KGC)About KGCKaran Gupta Consulting (KGC) is a leading education and career consulting firm helping students and families with career planning, university selection, profile building, applications, essays, testing, scholarships, and visas.We are looking for a Student Success Manager to become a trusted point of contact for our enrolled students and their families.The RoleThe Student Success Manager will ensure that every student feels heard, supported, informed, and confident throughout their KGC journey.You will conduct regular meetings with students and parents to understand their progress, satisfaction, concerns, changing goals, and expectations, and coordinate internally to ensure the right action is taken.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent & Parent ManagementConduct regular student and parent meetings.Build strong, trusting relationships with students and families.Understand student goals, concerns, challenges, and changing priorities.Ensure students and parents feel comfortable raising issues or concerns.Progress & SatisfactionTrack student progress against their academic and profile-building plans.Identify students who are falling behind, disengaged, or need additional support.Regularly assess student and parent satisfaction.Proactively identify concerns before they become larger problems.Collect and communicate actionable feedback to the internal team.Issue ResolutionAct as the first point of contact for student and parent concerns.Listen objectively and empathetically and take ownership of issues.Coordinate with counsellors, editors, mentors,
