We’re looking for a business owner to lead the P&L; and scale DEAGE into India’s most trusted longevity Location: Mumbai (On-site) | Full-time CTC: ₹24,00,000 – ₹30,00,000 (based on experience) Reports to: COO & Director Experience: 7–10+ years, with demonstrated P&L; or business ownership experienceThe Role You’ll be the business owner for DEAGE — full accountability for revenue, profitability, brand, and distribution across every channel. Ideal for someone who has driven meaningful growth in a health, wellness, or premium FMCG business and is ready to own a P&L; end-to-end.What You’ll OwnP&L; & Strategy — Full P&L; ownership, 3-year growth strategy (India + international), annual operating plans and dashboardsChannel Expansion — Scale D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, health marketplaces, up-to-date trade, pharmacies, clinics; build doctor networks, wellness centers,
