Acts as the bridge between our properties and OTA partners — making sure every villa is correctly listed, competitively priced, parity-compliant, and performing well.Primary Responsibilities:Manage villa listings end-to-end across all OTAs — content, photos, amenities, policies.Operate the channel manager to push rates, inventory, and availability across connected OTAs.Maintain rate parity across channels and fix violations quickly.Load seasonal pricing, promotions, and stay restrictions; track ARI calendars.Reconcile OTA bookings, commissions,



and payouts; coordinate with Finance on disputes.Build and maintain working relationships with OTA Account Managers to secure better visibility and placement.Monitor competitor pricing and listing quality; recommend fixes to Revenue.Onboard new villas onto OTA platforms and take them live.Additional Responsibilities:Weekly/monthly reports on OTA-wise revenue, conversion, and parity.Resolve guest issues escalated via OTA channels.Mentor junior team members on channel manager and extranet workflows.Educational qualifications preferredDegree:Graduate in any stream (Hospitality, Tourism, or Commerce preferred)Required work experienceIndustry:Hospitality / Vacation Rentals / Travel / OTARole:OTA Specialist, Reservations, or DistributionYears of experience:3–5 years, with at least 2 years on a channel manager and OTA extranetsKey Performance Indicators:OTA-driven revenue and booking volumeChannel-wise occupancy and ADRRate parity complianceListing content health (accuracy, photos, completeness)Reconciliation accuracy and dispute TATNew property go-live TATRequired Knowledge:Major OTA platforms and how their extranets workChannel manager logic (how inventory and rates sync)Rate parity and basics of revenue management (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy)OTA commission structures and payment cyclesRequired Skills:Strong relationship management — comfortable working with external partnersSolid arithmetic — quick with percentages, commissions, and rate calculationsAdvanced MS Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas)Channel manager and OTA extranet hands-on experienceClear written and spoken EnglishAttention to detail and ability to juggle multiple platformsOther detailsContract Type:Full-time, permanentTravel:Minimal — occasional partner meetings or property visitsTime Constraints:Standard office hours; occasional weekend support during peak season or OTA escalationsWork Location: PrabhadeviWork Timings: 10 am to 6:30 pmWorking Days: Monday to Friday
