ensure smooth policy servicing and driveeffective claims management.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate insurance broking,particularly in managing SME/MSME and mid-market clients.Key Responsibilities● Manage end-to-end servicing for assigned corporate/SME/MSME clients.● Act as the key relationship manager and primary point of contact for clients.● Handle policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, documentation and client queries.● Coordinate with insurers for quotations, endorsements, policy issuance and corrections.● Manage and monitor claims from intimation to settlement, ensuring timely resolution.● Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, surveyors and internal teams for claims resolution.● Track claim status, escalations and pending documentation.● Conduct regular client reviews and identify service gaps.● Ensure accurate CRM, policy and claims records.● Work closely with Sales/Business Development teams for renewals, cross-sell and clientretention.● Lead or mentor servicing/operations team members, where applicable.Ideal Candidate● 3–12+ years of experience in Insurance Broking / Corporate Insurance Servicing.● Strong experience in client relationship management and claims handling.● Experience managing GMC/GPA/GTL and/or Commercial Insurance portfolios.● Strong understanding of insurance policy servicing and claims processes.● Proven ability to independently manage corporate clients and escalations.● Robust communication, coordination and negotiation skills.● Experience with SME/MSME and mid-market clients is preferred.● III/NIA certification is an advantage
