The role demands strongindustry outreach, stakeholder management and a sound understanding of hiring needsin fast-growing digital fields.Key Responsibilities- Expand Employer Network: Identify, engage, and onboard companies to createa strong and active hiring pipeline.- Deepen Corporate Relationships: Build trusted partnerships with HR andbusiness leaders, ensuring consistent job opportunities.- Match Learners to Roles: Coordinate with placement teams to align openingswith learner skills and program tracks.- Gather Hiring Insights:



Stay updated on industry requirements and translatethem into placement strategies.- Monitor & Improve Outcomes: Track placement performance, streamlineprocesses, and drive higher conversion rates.- Deliver on Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly placement goals whileensuring partner and learner satisfaction.Requirements- MBA preferred or equivalent relevant experience.- Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Recruitment, orPlacements, ideally in Education or tech domains.- Strong network and understanding of hiring trends in Data Science, Analytics, andDigital Marketing.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to operate in a dynamic, target-driven environment.Why Join Us?At upGrad, we’re building the careers of tomorrow.
